What do you charge?
My rate is $150/hour and payable at time of session. The rate is the same for assessment, individual, couple and family sessions.
Do you take insurance?
Yes and no. I am not on any insurance panels, so I am not a direct provider for any insurance agency and do not bill any insurance plans directly. That said, I always provide receipts for sessions so that you can turn them into your insurance provider for reimbursement if you like. The amount reimbursed is something you would want to find out, and varies depending on your insurance plan. When checking on reimbursement, please keep in mind I practice counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor (License # C1322).
What payment options do you take?
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Do you offer a sliding-fee scale?
At this time I am not accepting clients on a sliding-fee, but I am always willing to make referrals and discuss various treatment options over the phone.
